TriGen Marine Engineering Pvt. Ltd. was formed on three basic tenets of marine industry, viz. Honesty, Integrity, & Professionalism. At the helm of TriGen's day to day affair are 3 Marine Engineers who graduated from two of the most well reputed engineering colleges in marine industry, called DMET & Tolani Maritime. All the founders have worked in foreign shipping industry and have a wide industry experience, working in various capacities for reputed foreign shipping firms. Here's a brief summary of career graph of each founder.
Pankaj Dalvi: He graduated from DMET in 1995, and has since worked on Bulk carriers, Containers, Tankers, LPG ships. After sailing as C/E on LPG ships, he worked with a NYK Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. as a Manning Manager and later as Training suptd. He also has experience of working on adhoc basis, for AHTS & OSVs in Indian Offshore industry.
Arvind Kumar: He too graduated from DMET and in the same year. He has a experience of sailing on various ships, such Car carriers, Containers, Tankers, and has worked as C/E in one of the most renowned ship management company called Wilhelmsen Ship Management Pvt. Ltd. (Formerly called as Barber Ship Management Pvt. Ltd.)
Saugat Chandra: Saugat has graduated from Tolani Maritime, in 2002. He started his career with Anglo Eastern ship management as 5th Engineer. Since then he has sailed on Bulk Carrier, Container, Product, Crude, LPG & LNG in various capacities. Having sailed on almost all type of vessels, he has immense knowledge and experience in latest technological advancements in the field of automation and control. Being a practical and hands on guy, he has a very systematic approach towards tackling any complex problem.
The vision of this trio is to provide a comprehensive, & cost effective ship repair & maintenance solutions to the today's fast evolving shipping industry.. |
